CCM Engineer- Analyst

The primary objective of the position is to provide operational management of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Management (SCCM) environment in order to deliver patch management and mobile device management services. The role requires advanced to mastery skills that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service and to meet the expectation from the business, as well as a very solid understanding of an enterprise IT infrastructure operational environment and industry best practice. The patch engineer will have a strong focus on development in order to continuously increase their own skills as well as mentor others in this area.

Microsoft Qualifications –?Systems Center Configuration Manager Certification desirable but not necessary.

ITIL Foundation Qualification –?Desirable but not necessary.

Analyst – Talent Communications

As an analyst, you will work closely with the rest of the Talent Communications team in supporting communications for all areas of the USI Talent organization, aligning to their objectives and strategies. Your work will span across the service lines of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement, University Relations, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Well-being, Learning & Development, and Ethics and Compliance. You will be expected to execute robust communications plans that support the communication requirements of the talent stakeholders and develop innovative and engaging communications messaging and deliverables.

Post-graduate/graduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or English preferred

Overall relevant experience of 1-3 years in delivering quality communications services to support the execution of branding and communication strategies.

Net Fullstack Developer – Analyst / Senior Analyst

Design technology solutions to enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.

Should possess good .NET (C#) and SQL skills.

Develop, support and maintain applications and technology solutions.

Ensure that all development efforts meet or exceed client expectations. Applications should meet requirements of scope, functionality, and time and adhere to all defined and agreed upon standards.

Become familiar with all development tools, testing tools, methodologies and processes.

Become familiar with the project management methodology and processes.

Encourage collaborative efforts and camaraderie with on-shore and off-shore team members.

Demonstrate a strong working understanding of the industry best standards in software development and version controlling.

Ensure the quality and low bug rates of code released into production.

Assist the Technical Lead with project team duties as required.
