Mindful meditation may make us feel better for a few hours, but won't fix the mental health issue.

My Commentary:

It doesn't really matter what we're talking about, whether it's meditation, or taking people away for a weekend. It's not the act that determines the results. It's what we want to accomplish. So let's start organizing ourselves and figuring out what we really want. How to go through all these changes in a better way. Right now everyone is locked inside themselves, and the change is the complete opposite. It's about pooling our human energy so we can absorb from each other. We can create this common bank where we each take as much as we want - emotions, intelligence, creativity. But first we're going to have to figure out if we really want that. If we really want to be able to leverage all the abundance that will come from connecting in an optimal manner.

Let's stop fooling ourselves. "Mental health and wellness programs" is a code word for more mindful meditation, which clearly isn't helping deal with these growing mental issues. Why is that? Because what mindfulness teaches us is to go deeper into ourselves - deeper into the human psyche - meaning deeper into the human ego. It's all about learning to focus deeply on the self, which is the exact opposite of what we should be doing now that we're transitioning from an era of individual advancement to collective advancement.

The correct solution will deal directly with our emotions. The correct solution will teach us how to balance our emotional intelligence together.

So all the aspects of mindfulness that may make us feel better for a few hours, will not fix this massive mental health problem in the workplace. Ever since the pandemic began millions of dollars have been invested in these programs. It's time to focus on what we really want to achieve. We have an overload of emotions from our human interaction. We need to learn to deal with our emotions. The correct solution will teach us how to balance our emotional intelligence together. That's what the integral method is all about. Switching from an individualistic mindset to a collective mindset. It's really just a shift of attitude but we'll have to learn it together. You can't sit and read about it or watch some tutorial. You can only learn the integral method by experiencing it over and over again.
