Dell is India’s most trusted, ahead of Desi brands

According to TRA’s Brand Trust Report 2023,? Dell Technologies has been ranked as India’s most trusted brand for the fourth consecutive year. The runner-up is Xiaomi India mobiles while the third position has been bagged by Titan watches India , 宝马 and The Bata Shoes are placed in fourth and fifth positions respectively.?

Interestingly, E-commerce giant 亚马逊 has dropped to sixth position, while India’s insurance heavyweight LIC is in seventh place. The widely popular Amul India Cheese is at number ten. The #TRAreport is syndicated research of 2500+ consumer influencers across 16 Indian cities. Consumer trust is undeniably a key factor for brands to carve a niche in a crowded market place and the TRA findings throw a guiding light in this regard.

• This year, 293 brands saw their Brand Trust rankings go up, while 303 brands endured the reverse
• The report includes 331 Categories from 38 Super Categories
