At Taste of Bath, our delivery services aren't an afterthought - we view smooth and stress-free deliveries as an integral part of?the?business gifting service?we provide, and we've put a lot of thought into perfecting the process so you don't have to worry about it!

Here's five FAQs about how TOB deliveries work...

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! We'll provide all the tracking info. But just so you know, our team will ALSO track all of your deliveries from the moment they leave our warehouse until they've arrived safely at the other end, so we'll be able to sort any issues as soon as they arise and you don't even have to think about it. It's all part of the service!

What's your lead time?

In the normal course of events, we have a 48-hour lead time, because we send our parcels with DHL on a 24 hour tracked-and-signed-for service. Because we also need time to pack up your hampers, in order to get them out to you in 48 hours, we need you to?place your order before 4pm. If you're ordering in bulk (as a general rule, this means more than 50 gifts) or ordering for Christmas, this can also affect lead time.?You can?find out more here.

What days of the week do you deliver??

Tuesday-Saturday inclusive. Because our hampers often include perishable products such as cheese, legally we have to make sure they're delivered within 24 hours of being picked up from our warehouse. Since the?warehouse isn't open on a Saturday or a Sunday, that means hampers can't be picked up for 24 hour delivery on Sunday or Monday.?

How much does delivery cost?

To make it as simple as possible for you to order online, we include the cost of delivery in the price of all hampers in our Business Shop, so you don't need to worry about adding it on.

What about local deliveries?

We are delighted that many Bath-based businesses order our hampers as gifts, and we're happy to offer a special local delivery service! We work with the brilliant?Three Bags Full, an independent electric cargobike company, for deliveries in Central Bath.
