The Delivery Experts experiment with Opiner and donation to Harrison's Fund

How does the project community ensure the projects it delivers and the way that it delivers them continues to adapt, remain relevant and generate value? In an initiative with Steve Molesworth at Opiner and Jonathan Norman, FRSA, FAPM , co founder of The Delivery Experts , we are capturing the wisdom from a community of delivery professionals. The community are made up of professionals who are responsible for, or advise on, successful project delivery and ways of building capability to help reshape project delivery from the ground up. Faster, more sustainably, more inclusively and do it digitally, more everything!

Phase 2 started in September 22 using the new Opiner platform. We would love to have your thoughts on the questions posed. It is really quick to sign up and contribute to the community via the Opiner app.

Opiner's strapline is "Cognitive diversity on speed-dial" - it does exactly what it says. The platform allows anyone signing up for the service to ask real people real questions and get video responses delivered in less than 24 hours - in fact in our case immediately. It has many uses and we will be expanding our experiment during 2022 as well as looking how it can be used in a delivery context e.g. stakeholder engagement, lessons learned, etc

When we started working with Opiner a key value was charitable giving and for that reason I chose a charity close to my heart, Harrison's Fund to support. The charity is run by the wonderful Alex Smith who set it up after his eldest son, Harrison, was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.?I am delighted to have raised money for the charity over the years including being sponsored to cycle from New York to San Francisco - in blocks, not the whole way! My company, Team Animation have made a donation of ￡1000 to Harrison's Fund in lieu of individual donations for each contribution.
