V-Soft Consulting is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Healthcare Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced individual with a strong background in operational and clinical healthcare settings to drive impactful outcomes across diverse healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in traditional consulting methodologies, particularly in people and process change, and be comfortable working with C-suite executives and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of healthcare organizations, from C-suite executives to operational teams.
• Consulting Expertise: Leverage consulting methodologies to manage non-technology implementation programs, focusing on people and process transformations while enhancing technology solutions.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a wide range of stakeholders and ensure alignment to achieve project goals.
• Standard Engagement Methodology Execution: Apply frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, RACI, stakeholder mapping, and ADKAR to guide project execution and drive organizational change.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of significant client-facing experience in healthcare, ideally within operational or clinical roles.
• Proficiency in consulting methodologies and tools, particularly for non-technology implementations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with consulting engagement methodologies and frameworks, including Lean Six Sigma, RACI, and ADKAR.
