Delivering a workshop on the Fundamentals of Consulting

I am thrilled to announce that I will be delivering a workshop on the fundamentals of consulting here in the DFW area. This is a modified version of a four-day class I have been teaching for years mostly to folks who implement accounting solutions.

I have reimagined it and reworked the material specifically for accounting professionals who want to shift from compliance work into more consulting. 

Here is the official description: 

This workshop is dedicated to the possibility that accounting professionals can increase their effectiveness in working with their customers (not clients) if they adopt some concepts of consulting theory. Adopting these behaviors is not easy as it requires professionals to think differently than they have in the past. If you feel like you can think a bit differently about your professional relationships, then you’re absolutely invited to attend this workshop.
