Addressing the Australian housing crisis
The Australian housing crisis is a pressing issue that demands innovative solutions and collaborative efforts. The Federal Government's Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) and National Housing Accord Facility (NHAF) are at the forefront of this initiative. Recently, 12 project contracts were approved under HAFF Funding Round One, paving the way for over 800 social and affordable homes. This initiative is a positive step towards the national target of 40,000 social and affordable homes over the next five years.
