Last month in Deliver November 2020, I shared on doing the BODY work. Worth a read and reflect, I humbly offer. It is some of the Wisdom I have picked up along the way over 40 years in leadership training and development... from mentors and colleagues and my own exploration. That said, over the last few weeks, I was requested to record and offer a video on points around delivering our message or pitch for a course in entrepreneurship. I subsequently produced two:
Again, I humbly suggest your Consideration, Action and Reflection. That all said, getting our important messages out, heard and actioned is dependent not only on skill and content, but character. Who we are as a communicator of message is vitally important, even and ever more so than how we deliver. Over 2021, Deliver will deliver monthly on how we more powerfully find our best sense of Dominion and Candor and much more... in bringing ourselves to the world with high and trustworthy character.
Hope you join us. Indeed, I am continuing to practice same as I approach 2021, sharpening my own blades. Going back to move forward, and asking and answering some tough questions. Yup, I hope you join me. Character matters. Indeed and in deed... it does.

Lead, inspire, educate, and unite. Move forward together, stronger. My work is about bringing campuses, companies and communities together, moving forward stronger. I work with educators, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders to do just that. My work is about character leadership and education and its role in helping individuals and organizations build a better world at school, work, business and community. I deliver on it through speaking, coaching and development in character leadership and education. My expertise is character leadership and education. I advance unity in diversity by moving the needle on leadership and education that is high character and results forging. I speak, teach, coach, facilitate, lead, write, sing, dance, cartoon and create on that. In 1980, Professor Rolf Hattenauer changed my life. A highly respected expert in Human Resource Management, he expected much of us and he believed much in us. He was an educator and leader of high character. He was extraordinary. To this day and beyond, I try my darnedest to honor his spirit with my own work. That is another story. But I hope I did him service here.
