- 1 lb. pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Optional toppings: sliced pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, etc.
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- In a small bowl, mix together the tomato sauce, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Spread the mixture over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce.
- Add any desired toppings.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza.
- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
