Pursue decision-makers if you want to be a voice. Get involved in their lives to access and use their influence and presence to go forward.
Reaching produces irreplaceable reward. The price for receiving is asking or reaching for knowledge, mentorship, and experience (like intently going through this manual).
99% of everything you are needing requires pursuit. Do not accept your present living, relating, and leadership result/status as God’s will. Be eager to get better; reach for your change!
Ignorance is not knowing that stupidity is refusing to ask or research. Wisdom is often always with reach, but you must go for it.
Whatever you need to be an excellent leader is reachable (like the wisdom in this book), but it is often hidden, in the sense that you must decide to reach it.
In following the truth in one of my quotes, “God keeps your help in people (or places) you would rather not be around”.
Who like to seek wisdom (take classroom/online courses, or read book/articles related to their area of expertise or contribution) in today’s rush world? ?
Leadership in concise terms must be a deliberate or intentional business. This section stresses the importance of being committed to becoming a concise leader, one who takes seriously self-development, and team members development. ?

You must see your team the same national leadership are advised to see their people, “the wealth of a nation is firstly its people.”
If this is satisfied, then it becomes easy for the people (in this case your team) to rightly position themselves regarding the nation’s (or your organization’s) resources and opportunities.
The CEDED model of leadership, an excerpt from my book “360° LWAC (leadership with a center) contribute bigtime to our understanding of concise leadership. CEDED is an acronym which stipulates that we were ceded life, relationship, and leadership after the 360° LWAC style.
CEDED is a depiction for converge, emerge, diverge, expand, and donate. The argument is, for us to effectively parade a 360° leadership, we must lead from our core or center.
Meaning that we must first understand and function from our cores which equips us to effectively do the second – living, relating, and leading with and through others.
How does OEMS (operational excellence management system) contributes to the success of concise leadership?
OEMS is a design for organizations to foster a systematic approach to identifying opportunities for growth, assessing best practices or approach to achieving them, prioritizing what must be done to succeed at it, and manage the initiative, the journey to achieving it, and the desired outcomes.
The presence of shortcut is the absence of thoroughness. So, you can see that there are no shortcuts to effective leadership, it must be in line with the concise leadership paradigm.
