Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Awards IPMS contract to the Mansycom – Nadhi - Excelize Consortium

We are very pleased to share that Mansycom Consultants team has won a contract worth Rs 6.65 crores from DMRC for implementation of Integrated Project Monitoring Software (IPMS) at enterprise level as a Lead Partner of a Consortium of two other organizations. This is going to be a cloud-based solution wherein all the 3D BIM models of Phase IV Delhi Metro projects for the Civil, Electrical & System Works are stored in BIM 360 & project progress monitoring is carried out thru field inputs using smartphones, as 4D BIM. Our Consortium shall be guiding the DDCs & EPC contractors for making the application successful & meeting the laid down objectives. The IPMS solution is proposed to go-live in March 2021 and will be maintained by the Consortium for a period of 60 months i.e., till March 2026. 

DMRC teams will access the application using public cloud services to manage deliverables, RFI, resolve issues, collect field data, share files, submittals, drive project performance and get project insights using various dashboards. The proposed software will enable a seamless flow of data from site to various HQ and various Project officials with customized dashboards and appropriate interfaces with BIM 360 and Primavera project schedules. Proposed software solution shall have capability of storing of record keeping/ construction time data linked to BIM 360 Design Model for visual project construction monitoring. The cloud-based IPMS is expected to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the various upcoming metro projects of DMRC. 

The proposed software shall provide an interface through a mobile app for capturing various data/ photographs from the site. Project scheduling and monitoring shall be done in Primavera Software. The project schedule output of Primavera will be ingested by the proposed software for visual project construction monitoring in reference to 3D Models taken from BIM 360 design models stored in the system. This methodology of working will ensure tight integration between BIM models and Primavera Schedules. The software shall be able to handle multiple corridors/ projects at a time.
