Healthcare Industry Group Delegation Visits Tianjin

Driven by a common objective to improve Tianjin’s foreign investment climate and advance healthcare services in the city, AmCham China’s Healthcare Industry Group, in collaboration with the Tianjin Investment Promotion Bureau, organized a delegation visit on March 19. The delegation comprised representatives from 26 multinational healthcare companies, including Boston Scientific, Stryker, Edwards Lifesciences, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, Alcon, AbbVie, Abbott, Medtronic, and others, for business inspections and policy discussions.

AmCham China Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day

AmCham China celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with two charity events in Chengdu and Tianjin. In Tianjin, participants embraced the festive spirit at the ‘Go for Green Run’ alongside the kick-off meeting of the 2024 Tianjin Culture and Lifestyle Committee, while in Chengdu, families and volunteers united for a Green Sports Day & 5K Run for a great cause.

Chapter Spotlight: Southwest

In late February, the AmCham China Southwest Chapter Young Leaders Mixer, themed “Digital Transformations in Go Global Strategy,” was held at Chengdu Yintai City. The event saw the participation of 40 young entrepreneurs, US alumni, and professionals from various sectors hailing from Chengdu, Chongqing, and Beijing.
