What can go wrong if tasks are delegated

Before it is too late, what are the signs, what can you do to save the day?

Look out for and monitor your team by

• Personal follow – up
• Sampling what is cooking
• Ask for progress reports
• Introduce a tracking system

If you find out or discover trouble "Oop's problems", here are some Tip's

• Increase your monitoring
• Get a solution workaround counsel with the team
• Take over some of the authority , get in it
• Move the activities around by reassigning them within the team as a final solution

Keep in mind that every employee is unique, that being said, do not use one type of monitoring tactic.inexperienced employees require attention and it could require some hand – holding by day to day monitoring.

• Introduce a computer tracking system
• Open up for communication
• Deliver what you promise and commit with your employee
