The art of delegation does not begin when you decide to hand over work.?It actually starts, when you decide to take on work.?In fact, it has its root when you decide to work with more human beings.

• If they like you:?For them to like you, needless to say, you have to be likable.?If you are an arrogant person, who believes that as long as you are paying people, they should serve you, but you take very little time to understand the emotions of your team, then let me break a secret to you…Your team is working only with 20% commitment and may also be searching for another job with a better boss.
