We begin with a Discovery stage where DA Strategy walks through your current processes, including any analysis already completed. This key step is integral to gather a base of understanding on the current DA position.

Key Business Partner Consultation - at DA Strategy, we like to build our processes from the ground up and the second segment of our strategic review centres around meeting with your key business partners. These could be employees, third parties and key leaders associated with your firm. We believe that the foundations of your business solutions lie within your business, so great emphasis is placed on this stage of the process.

Next, we move forward to Development of Key Process Changes/Recommendations. Here, DA Strategy builds on the original discovery stage hypotheses and business partner consultations to highlight areas of improvement and potential solutions.

Finally, clients decide whether they can action the Recommendations with existing resource, or whether they would like our help with the Implementation stage.? We build on the recommendations by providing on-site assistance and expertise with integration of the process changes.

It is key that the Recommendations are implemented throughout the DA sphere, which can be difficult to manage without the relevant experience in-house.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that DA Strategy are brought in for the implementation stage.

When required, additional support can be provided in the Training of key staff. To ensure that the work conducted does not go to waste, a go-forward training programme as well as a new joiner training programme can be developed bespoke to the needs of the client.
