Delegate and scale, baby!
Tuesday 11/5/19...
I don't think yesterday could have gone any better. I'm actually quite proud of myself for how calculated that was.
Lauren's first day was yesterday, so we spent some time training in the evening. I brought her on part-time to take over some of the responsibilities and free up my time to focus on signing another client and then onboard them to the program.
I figured it would take some time for the effects to set in, but even with prepping for our call, I was able to save myself 2 hours yesterday - exactly as predicted. And even with all the onboarding and explanation, she was able to get the work done in just over 2 hours, so I'm really confident she'll be able to save herself quite a bit of time there.
So, now that I have this extra time on my hands, I want to get caught up on all the open conversations I already have going. She'll be sending more requests, so after a day or so, I'll be able to speak with more people in general. That will result in more appointments and get us closer to signing that next client.
I can also use that time to expand my own program to the next phase. I've been talking about adding gated content and email drip campaigns to my funnel forever, but now I'll actually have the time to get to it : )
Plus, I need to test it on myself prior to any of my clients so I can collect data from the pilot. There's nuances for every market, but the more we can test the system and process, the further along we'll be when we start the next one.
I'm really excited to see the impact it makes on the results of my program. Ultimately, the goal is to achieve two things here: to generate more appointments than I am currently and to maintain momentum in the buying cycle. That should help to convert more prospects into clients.
I've also been revisiting my pricing strategy to see if that helps me close more deals. I'm still working it out in my head and getting feedback from prospects, so more to come on those findings.
