Let’s understand what is ATS.

A software that manages the hiring right from the job postings and to sourcing the right talent by matching key skills, qualification, Experience, etc from your cv with the current open position. This sounds exciting however we need to understand it in details so that one can make its cv in a way to get the right click on the right time. 

So ATS works in job postings on portals, sending Job alerts, emails and match the right fitment. It is a tool to reduce the time in manual screening the candidate CV.
