DEISER reorganizes its structure and boosts the management team to accelerate its growth

As part of DEISER's growth and expansion plan that began with the incorporation of David Fernández Camarero as CEO of DEISER on April 1, 2022, there has been a reorganization of the company's business units to respond to the challenges and projects of the coming years in the World of Atlassian solutions.
"With the growth of Atlassian in the international technology landscape, and therefore, in the national one, we feel that we must take a step forward, and we have developed a new business strategy on three objectives: growth, customer orientation, and specialization."
ITSM Specialization
This week, we have achieved the Atlassian ITSM specialization, an accreditation that validates the quality of our services around IT service management and business (ESM) using Atlassian solutions. It is also a strategic achievement for the growth plan and the objectives that the business development area has set: to obtain the three Atlassian specializations: Agile at Scale, Cloud, and ITSM and to be one of the few Partners in the World that achieve it. We only have two left, and we will continue to work as a whole company to try to achieve them as soon as possible.
These changes occur, among others, in three of the fundamental areas of DEISER's activity: Atlassian Licensing, Consulting Services, and Business Development. From now on, three women will lead these areas.
Business Development
In the case of Business Development, it shows the change in the orientation of its activity. In this sense, the incorporation of Virginia Fernández-Cueto as Head of Business Development is a double guarantee: On the one hand, because of her extensive experience in similar activities in many other companies, but, on the other hand, because of her relationship with DEISER, with whom she has been collaborating for almost four years. When David Fernandez joined, he did not hesitate to offer him a position in the management team for a second.

Atlassian Licensing
The licensing management of Atlassian products for our customers is essential for a Solution Partner's activity, especially when they have the Platinum level. To meet the new challenges of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center, Olga Gandía has joined as Head of Licensing to lead and coordinate this critical part of our business. In addition, we have strengthened the team to have, along with Olga, four people who are now responsible for serving and keeping informed to all DEISER customers, offers, changes, news, and relevant information related to Atlassian software licenses.
Atlassian Consulting Services
Finally, the Services team has also undergone a minor revolution led by Izaskun Fernandez as the new Head of Services. This team will continue to grow as the project portfolio increases in the coming months, thus strengthening this business area as the core of the company's business and one of the main pillars where DEISER's growth plan will be supported, together with Atlassian Licenses and Apps.
Sales team
In addition, this restructuring will have a strong sales team of 5 people responsible for reaching all companies with DEISER's Atlassian services, solutions, and licenses model. Francesc Arbó, who has been leading DEISER's Atlassian Services team for a year, joins this team as part of the team. Now, he will put all his Atlassian experience of more than ten years into the sale of solutions and services of the company.
We hope our new structure and hires will positively impact the ambitious growth and expansion plan that DEISER has started. Together we will be able to adapt and overcome the current challenges of the technology world and build a company robust and flexible enough to respond to the rapid growth of Atlassian solutions worldwide shortly.
