DEI Policies & Practices: Skyhorse Publishing, Tony Lyons, AV2024, RFK, Jr., Woody Allen & Alan Dershowitz

My first blog on Discrimination, Exploitation, and Intimidation (DEI) policies examined the problems it has contributed to in Washington’s labor markets, and its laissez-faire Bad Governance. My 2nd blog covered how the corporate structure and DEI policies of British publishing house, Curtis Brown, Ltd. transformed the original mission of the company from ‘fostering international understanding’ into a company which has been publishing Woke illiberal feminism and minorityism since the 1960s. At the same time the Bored ‘Expat Wives Club’ created by its founder’s wife, Caroline Curtis Brown, the Federation of American Women’s Club Overseas (FAWCO), has been promoting the agenda of a military industrial complex, American imperialism, and Corporate Greed while subverting the Rights of American citizens abroad. Not only are FAWCO, AWC, and FAUSA members facing serious legal problems in the international courts, but also in the US and their host countries under anti-corruption laws. The members of the World Bank Family Network (WBFN), and IMF Family Association (IMFFA), and UN Local Expatriate Spouse Association (UN LESA) are facing the same legal problems and lengthy prison sentences as FAWCO members in future litigation—for the same reasons. ?

In my next blogs on Discrimination, Exploitation/Elimination, and Intimidation (DEI), I will examine another publishing house, Skyhorse in NYC, and 3 of its authors; RFK, Jr., Woody Allen, and Alan Dershowitz. Skyhorse was founded in 2006 by Tony Lyons, who is supposedly “committed to bringing the world a broad mix of books.” The company has published 57 New York Times bestsellers, and in 2015 was called the ‘fastest-growing’ small publisher in America by Publishers Weekly with revenues of $43M. By 2016, Skyhorse managed close to 10k titles and had increased its staff from 56 to 81. By 2017 its staff included 93 employees, but was reduced by 16 in a ‘major reorganization’, and 25% reduction in new title publishing. Furthermore, in December 2023 Skyhorse bought the conservative publishing house, Regnery, whose authors include former President Donald Trump, Senator Rand Paul, Senator Ted Cruz, Senator Mitt Romney, Tulsi Gabbard, former President Ronald Reagan, and Ann Coulter. As seen Lyons is playing both sides of the political aisle for financial gain, instead of “aim[ing] to provide a full spectrum of political, theological, cultural, and philosophical viewpoints to counter the increasingly biased environment in mainstream media.” Earlier this year, Lyons was named to the board of the National Coalition Against Censorship, yet at the same time he is ‘censoring’ human rights activists who are willing to point the finger at the US and Europe, instead of ONLY Darfur and ‘Third World’ countries!?!?

I submitted a book manuscript, The ‘Deep State’ in Mommy Wars Between the Feminists, Anti-Feminists, and Socialites in October 2023 to Skyhorse. However, Lyons has been abundantly clear that he, nor Skyhorse, is interested in my research, activism work, or the plight of victims of the courts. Unfortunately, by silencing me and covering up FACTS and EVIDENCE of problems in family courts he has become complicit to the criminal activity in judicial systems. Furthermore, Lyons ex-wife, Helena Hjalmarsson, is Swedish, so the citizenship Rights issues for expatriates, immigrants, and dual national citizens which I am defending in my work is applicable for them. I have constantly pointed out to those with dual national children, the norms and standards they are supporting in the courts render their children stateless and rightless individuals. Not only can they be stripped of citizen rights in their country of residence, and be deported or awarded custody of the state. But, if they are deported, it is not evident that the other country involved will receive them and recognize their citizenship Rights. The same legal and political issues for ‘minorities’ at present are the same which arose in Germany during the rise of the Third Reich, and resulted in mass deportations and incarcerations of these groups. History keeps repeating itself, because the same groups keep playing the same power games over and over again.

Tony Lyons is also co-founder of American Values 2024, PAC which has been raising campaign funding for RFK, Jr. One of the major contributors to the campaign when it began was Tim Mellon, who also contributed $10M to Trump’s camps—begging the question of what Mellon’s agenda is in the current Presidential elections? Mellon’s sister, Catherine Conover Mellon Warner, and his stepmother, ‘Bunny’ Mellon of Uppermill, VA are both alumnae of my alma mater, Foxcroft School in Middleburg, VA. Bunny was ‘good friends’ with Queen Elizabeth and C. Z. Guests, whose daughter, ‘Deb of the Decade’ Cornelia is also an alumnae of Foxcroft. As my younger sister, ‘Celebrity Chef to the Stars’ in Telluride, CO and ‘personal chef’ to Ralph Lauren commented in 2021, Foxcroft has gone ‘pro-black’ and ‘anti-white’. Foxcroft, and Middleburg, provide a perfect case study of how the WASP old-guard, Robber Baron ruling-elite (Mellons, Guests, Astors, Vanderbilts, Morgans, Merrills, Mars, etc.) have been too busy Cashing In on another boom-and-bust American economy, to care about what is going on in their families, communities, and country. This has left the door open for the ‘minorities’ to step in and take their places. And, since all of these ‘bimbos’ have been asleep at the wheel for generations. The Woke alt-Left, led first by Catholic and Jewish (white) minorities, and later joined by black, brown, yellow, red, and LGBT factions, have taken over the country, its ‘Conversation’ and allocation of resources. ?

In addition to Lyons, AV2024 board members include Mark Gordon, and its CEO Candace McDonald. McDonald and Gordon are yet more examples of the damage ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’ have done to workplaces and societies due to it favoritism for ‘fresh meat’ Sugar Babies, and techy nerds competing with the ‘jocks’ for their access to sexually promiscuous women.? ?

McDonald is a typical Y Gen, social climbing ‘having it all’ feminist from LA, who according to her profile on AV 2024, is a ‘movement builder’ with over 15 years in philanthropy, politics, and women’s health. She served as a leader in the wellness community as an ‘expert’ impact advisor and facilitator, while specializing in building strategic collaborations for angel investors, companies, brand, and celebrity talent. Her relationships range from internationally recognized charities to luxury brands to key influencers in the health and wellness arenas. She also believes that there is no such thing as “bad press,” and has led a national autism charity, and executive producer of New Kids on the Block’s charity concert series, with over $50M raised for charities and early-stage start-ups. She is a ‘talented’ public speaker, frequently asked to host events and panels, and holds a BA in political science from California State Northridge and certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Holistic Health Coach.

While McDonald obviously is smart enough to have figured out a way to ‘work the system’, or ‘sleep her way to the top’, she has been playing a dangerous high-risk ‘game’. For decades the development community has recognized that exploitative and oppressive society which ‘expunge’ their guilt with charity work lead to failed states and failed economies. And, McDonald, along with other ‘social media’ influencers propagating lies, misinformation, and propaganda are going to have to explain to the courts their actions and ulterior motives. Kerry Kennedy, along with her daughters Cara, Michaela, and Mariah, are in the same boat. As my Irish-Cajun Catholic mother told me 16 years ago; this is a ‘Destroy or be Destroyed’ game, where the ‘Winner takes All’. As Riane Eisler continually points out in her work on Power Over societies, they eventually self-destruct.

AV 2024’s other board member, Gordon, is a Y Gen and part of the Woke techy liberals who believe that everything in society can be resolved with another IT platform. He is founder of Tower Research Capital LLC, one of the leading computerized trading firms in the world. He was also the founder and CEO of the file-sharing company?LimeWire, and a life-long advocate for livable streets, alternative transportation, and open government. He founded?Open Plans?in 1999 and is also a Founding Board Member of?Reinvent Albany, a non-profit that seeks ethical New York government and fair elections. If Gordon was so concerned about seeking ethic government in NY, then he would have been disturbed about the politically motivated ‘ousting’ of its former Governor Andrew Cuomo with the most ridiculous allegations I have heard about sexual harassment by the #MeToo feminists yet. It is only a matter of time before the #MeToo feminist target Bobby in a Witch-Hunt.

Gordon is also the executive producer of the November 2022 documentary Four Died Trying, which explores the lives and deaths of President John F. Kennedy, Malcolm X, the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr., and Robert F. Kennedy. Unfortunately, his analysis lacks examination of what the wives and family members of these men did after their deaths, and how their ideologies, greed and amorality contributed to the ‘Death of the Liberal Class’ (Hedges, 2011) and the rise of Wokism in the Democratic Party and international communities.

He is amongst the many ‘techy nerds’ who have followed in the footsteps of Mark Zuckerberg and financially benefited from the IT bubbles of the past 30 years. The IT platform for which I have been seeking venture capital funding and IT partners for 15 years, would Empower and Mobilize homemakers, and mothers and wives who CARE about their children, families and communities. However, since my ideologies and agendas are a threat to the illiberal feminists, fascist anti-feminists, male supremacists, and Millennials, I have been unable to assistance from any of these factions.

As seen in the ‘Discrimination, Elimination, and Intimidation’ policies which have empowered these 3 different factions in RFK, Jr.’s ‘inner circles, while silencing and marginalizing dissenting Voices, they have opened up a Pandora’s Box of legal and political problems for everyone involved. While young workers with little experience, and no morals, are more easily manipulated and ‘bought off’ than the ‘elderly’, they are just as liable under the law as everyone else. The ARROGANCE and denigration games of entitled Z Gens towards older workers and citizens is OUT OF CONTROL, and creating serious legal liabilities for these snot nose brats and their ‘enablers’. One Spanish woman in DC recently told me that corruption in the courts is ‘normal’ and just a question of who knows how to ‘work’ the system and steal from others. Unfortunately, her contention puts her and other foreigners in the DC in a ‘unpleasant’ situation. She may equate petty thievery and grand larceny, with industrial sabotage, attempted murder, kidnapping, misappropriations of one’s property and assets, human trafficking, genocide, and efforts to overthrow the democracies. However, she and all the others with the same contentions are going to have to defend their positions in a court of Law.
