Degrading the coinage of discussion, i.e. why the J6 committee, as well as Trump are making misrepresentations of the US Constitution , and its impact

The points made as to Sedition are legitimate, but there is, in both the J6 committee and in Trumps defenders an appalling lack of precision, as to what the US Constitution is saying, and what it has in its material statement of facts and intentions. I.e. degradation of the language of discourse is deadly in its long term consequences,. We see part of that in the gobblygook offered as to defending the destruction of the 1973 Roe SCOTUS ruling , in the incoherent statement of "originalist " intentions of the US Constitution. A view I will demolish by the brute force rendition of a few facts Justice Clarence Thomas overlooked in his 200 page brief (yes I read the damn thing), namely words missing in the US Constitution which demolish that point of view. And also in the abuse of language so inherent in both sides of the ledger in the whom is discussed by the J6 committee and of the presenters in the J6 committee

When language is so imprecise, and I will outline it, it aids in the criminalization of OUR own government,. We need to STOP it: Words and intent matter, and what we are seeing is a destruction of the architecture of government itself. Due to the ANTICS of both sides in Congress.

i,. The USA is, in the Constitution NOT called a democracy

ii. The Constitution no where mentions the words GOD, Capitalism, Communism, ideology, Free Enterprise, and all the invectives used to demonize "others" in terms of Political parties

iii. George Washington, our first POTUS was APPALLED by the notion of political parties and warned against it again and again, in his tenure of POTUS.

iv. The statements by Clarence Thomas and other "Conservatives" as to original intent of the Constitution are in themselves absurd in that religiously motivated jargon, as that there is NOTHING in the document itself which supports making the USA a working theocracy. \

v. I am well aware of the ambitions of those in the J6 committee as to party advantage, if the tact of sedition is made to stick. Yes there was and has been MASSIVE amounts of sedition but when the presenters in the J6 committee are using themselves statement of concepts not mentioned in the US constitution, and in at least a few instances abusing language to improve their own careers, the fact is, that they themselves are injuring the architecture of governance

In a word, yes there has been sedition, Undeniably. There also is a fraudulent misreading of foundations of the US Constitution too, largely due to abuse of language. The end result if this process of abuse is not halted, is that the Kremlin criminalization of the US Government will be well advanced, and we may never recover from it. Time to pull back from the brink
