Definitions..:?

So far, not good? What is it with vision and direction? Management talks about companies’ vision and which direction, claiming it’s a focus area.

And why is simulation so hard to incorporate in other industries? Has it do with; capital investment, training, or has it to do with awareness og processes of product development?

This case is about a machine, that kicked the horse out of the field: Tractor.

2.b Drive it around, for how long? Just drive over those bumps over there the manager says

The endgame of this process is:

So: the best thing is to drive over to your competitor and check if they are doing physical testing? If not, who is having the competitional advantage and vision, what if at that day their prototype was not working, or the test driver had back problems that day?

Why is it so hard to break free of this 1970’s engineering principle of building physical tests? Is the lack of management vison and direction, or is it visible and the machine is heading in one or other direction?

If the company is large, then cost is a budgeting issue, depending on focus? What-if, you do as this case study, and solve the problem within two weeks?
