Defining Ways of Working in Remote World

Last week we connected with business teams to discuss why defining ways of working for teams in Remote First is important. We highlighted various issues which were mentioned in focus groups, exit interviews, engagement survey and emphasized on how documenting ways of working can help in resolving those problems in long term. we tried to explain ways of working with football  example, how Liverpool won against Barcelona in Champion Leagues semi final by coming up from the deficit of 3 goals.
