Yesterday it was for us as sponsors (Christoph Meyer-Aun and me) a pleasure to dedicate and focus a full day with our project-team to define new sales measures.
Why? Because our Tires Replacement EMEA Management at 大陆集团 provides every year the great opportunity to two "BA Experience EMEA" project teams of experienced marketing& sales colleagues to work on a concrete strategic project outside their normal comfort zone.
How? Based on a comprehensive HR-development initiative: getting a concrete project target defined by the management and supported with professional project-management instruments.
What has been achieved? After several months of intensive work, a SWOT-analysis has been finalized, first concrete measures defined, and ideas of concrete work-packages derived.
