2 个月Dear sir i returned the Order # 407-2445368-3285162 due to poor quality and old model of goods supplied by your suppliers on 27.08.2024 but still the date no refund is receive. i called to your customer care but they said that they will investigate the matter . 15days happened but neither you delivered right good nor refund my money. kindly take strict action.

2 个月Hello! I am a new seller from China. I registered my store on August 1st, and within 24 hours, my account was suspended. However, Amazon continues to charge me the $39.99 monthly fee. I have filed 11 appeals according to the requirements, but each one has been rejected. I tried providing my electricity bill, broadband bill, and lease agreement, but all were rejected. The most frustrating part is that the review team won’t even tell me the specific reason for the rejections. Are we supposed to guess? How can such a large company have this level of service quality? We chose to sell on Amazon because we trusted the platform, but this experience has truly left me disappointed.

The product ID is 23322090424181649 and the label ID is W1405ALWH458040KX. IT is under valid warranty for one year,till 14.08.2025 as committed by the seller in Amazon website. Since I couldn't be able to register in the Titan warranty registration app,may be due to snag,,I am writing to you for registering the warranty and inform.Several communications with customer care didn't solve the problem. An immediate action will be highly appreciated. Best Regards
