I am here to speak about the warrior "VINESH PHOGAT" who is disqualified from Paris Olympics for being extra 100 grams from her weight. Her last words when she came from the Paris Olympics “Mom, forgive me. Wrestling beat me, I’ve lost. Your dreams and my courage are broken. I don’t have strength anymore to fight” which is really heartbreaking.

Let's see her hours of journey that she has spent on her wrestling to enter the Paris Olympics. Vinesh comes from a prominent wrestling family. Vinesh won gold medals in the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. Vinesh won gold medals in the 2014 and 2018 Commonwealth Games. She has also won medals at thE medals at the World Wrestling Championships. Vinesh represented India in the 2016 Rio Olympics and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Though she faced setbacks, her participation marked significant achievements for Indian women's wrestling on the global stage. She has been honored with prestigious awards such as the Arjuna Award and the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award, India's highest sporting honor. she came back strong after several injuries, including a serious knee injury during the 2016 Rio Olympics. Vinesh Phogat made a significant impact at the Paris Olympics 2024 by reaching the semi-finals in the women's 50 kg freestyle wrestling event. She achieved this milestone by defeating Ukraine's Oksana Livach in the quarter-finals and previously securing a stunning victory over Japan's four-time world champion, Yui Susaki. This achievement brought her closer to an elusive Olympic medal, showcasing her determination and skill in her third Olympic appearance .
