Jankel?has announced the establishment of agreements, with a number of key UK defense industry partners, in order to create a team of experts to deliver the?Oshkosh Defense?Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) to the UK.
The first agreements of this type to be put in place are with?NP Aerospace?in Coventry and?Make UK Defence, a member-owned defense trade organization. NP Aerospace are well-established suppliers to UK MoD and they bring with them expertise and pedigree across multiple UK defense vehicle projects. Top Aces, a commercial owner/operator of F-16 fighter aircraft, has been selected to provide advanced adversary air training to pilots at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB) in Florida and Luke AFB in Arizona.

Boltless wheels and carbon brakes by?Collins Aerospace?have been selected by?Boeing?for lots one through three on the F-15EX aircraft in production for the?United States Air Force.
The Collins lock ring wheel and carbon brake system improves thermal management for safer operation and reduces life-cycle cost. The system features a 25,000-mile fatigue life, 1,400 landings per overhaul, reduced maintenance intervals and lower peak brake fluid temperatures. Read more >
