9 个月There is a false belief that in Canada we have property rights. We do not, we have legal privileges to the land, but the Crown actually owns it all and ultimately it can be confiscated. People need to really fight for the right to own property, own it outright, including the mineral rights.

In Canada, private land ownership is typically fee simple, meaning the government retains ultimate authority over the land.
