DEFAMATION EVIDENCE DISQUIETING

The Oireachtas Media Committee heard from publishers and radio stations calling for the reform of defamation legislation.?

Susan Mckay, the Press Ombudsman said: ‘we think this applies equally to all parties and all public figures’, etc. This is utter rubbish and she knows this full well - because… I have slandered many public figures - amd I now include herself in this scandal. Here are the facts. Just before she was appointed to her present position, I emailed her about the Union and Employers Court at Belfast Docks which sacked Union Members - because they wouldn’t discharge Asbestos without Protection - and she refused to do anything about this. No wonder. Obviously she didn't want to jeopardise the wonderful position she was in the process of achieving.?

I have named many of the public figures she refers to -who will also do nothing about this scandal, including many Td's who are too numerous to mention. However, several years ago I left into the Dail 40 copies of ‘The Judas Goat’ to named Td’s thinking some one of them would take action. None did. Also involved in this cover up is John Lee, Alan English and a multitude of reporters including Fintan O’Toole, whom - by their own definition I have labelled corrupt many times.

I have emailed many newspaper editors in the Republic to make them aware of this cover up. Anyone in doubt about this Trade Union and Employer Corruption should open the website - www.siptupresidentjackoconnorexposed.com Here they’ll see the reason why these so honourable newspaper men won’t sue me. On page 19 they’ll see the Heading of the diabolical Union and Employer Court - which would make James Connolly and Jim Larkin ashamed of what they fought to achieve and the Union they founded. In subsequent pages they will see details of the Court in action - and know why Dockers risked their lives or be sacked.?

?I have also accused solicitors Michael Farrell of Dublin - and Norman Shannon of Belfast - of covering up corruption and none of them will sued me for Defamation. Why not? I have also emailed them - and in an attempt to shame them put the emails as open letters - to both them and the wrongly named 'Law Societies' on linkedin - and all I’ve got is silence. The so called Law Societies know just as well as I do that they are covering up “legal corruption” - which is a contradiction in terms, but fits this scenario perfectly. Defamation of this magnitude not in the eye of the beholder. It has either taken place or it has not - and to keep their good name these people should either sue me or go away and hide somewhere. They cannot have it both ways, where is the Public Interest Journalism that the Ombudsman and the these so-called news- papers. claim to represent? This scandal is why I cannot get a solicitor to represent me. They are all to afraid to go against these powerful deniers of Justice. However, a barrister on linkedin who was interested in my story suggested that I get a solicitor and contact him. I told him I couldn’t get one, but would try again. The solicitor I contacted told me point blank to my face, that he wouldn’t take on a case that would ensure him suing another solicitor.??

People in Britain are rightly aghast at the Post Office Scandal and the corruption of officialdom - however in Ireland this pales into insignificance - because every aspect of Irish society is corrupt. The so-called Human Rights are a joke and also don’t want to know - that we have Corrupt Trade Union leaders, Corrupt Lawyers, Two Corrupt Law Societies and a corrupt so-called Free Press - all with their snouts in the trough and proclaiming how Democratic they are. Also unbelievably - a professor of modern Irish History at UCD, Dirmaid Ferrater refuses to acknowledge that this corruption of trade unionism took place.

Not only that but the National Library refused to even answer me, when I offered to give them the original papers that are on the oconnorwebsite. The interested?public may ask - seeing that the press ombudsman and so-called newspapers are so interested in Defamation - why have the great and the good not sued me for Defamation? The simple answer is - THE TRUTH IS NEVER DEFAMATORY

I sent this message below - to the Belfast and Dublin Law Societies, who will do nothing to expose this scandal. This is par for the course as I sent the same to the Commissioner of Police in Dublin with the same result. They and the Arts are hand in glove in covering up Corruption to safeguard their own careers. My first play 'Justice' toured NI and was in the Belfast and Dublin Theatre Festivals plus a week at the Tron in Glasgow. This was in 1992. However, when I wrote 'The Judas Goat', about the Belfast Docks Corruption, the diabolical censorship from the Unions, the employers and all and sundry in the Irish establishment set in.

This play along with my Belfast Memoir categorises the mindset, thinking and censorship of the august establishment bodies in Ireland. They all deny this happened and censor the Truth. Why can I not get a lawyer in Ireland to take this case? The answer is simple - there are too many Rich Employers, Trade Union Officials and Lawyers who will be exposed if this case ever gets near a Courtroom. While this originated at Belfast Docks the Union's head office was in Dublin. Everyone in the Arts, Media and the Law censor any reference to it. This happened because they ordered the Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the employers money - and the deadly dust was blown all over Belfast. The above is an open secret in Ireland because I have exposed it on linkedin many many times - and no Theatre Company will stage 'The Judas Goat' Besides the betrayal of Larkin and Connolly - the deaths of Belfast residents who don't even know they've contracted Asbestosis - are the reason for the cover up. It was also the first time anywhere in the world that an employer was a previous Trade Union Chairman - and a current union member. After forming the diabolical 'Union and Employers Court' the chairman, Jim Austin, left the union and joined the employers as Labour Controller and brought his corruption to an even more disgusting level. However, unbelievably the now ex union chairman was allowed to remain a Union Member - by both head office in Dublin and The Irish Congress of Trade Unions.

So much so that over ten years ago he received his 50 year - long service badge from Jack O'Connor - the then Union president. The censoring of 'The Judas Goat' led to all my plays being censored - so as not to give me any clout and able to demand - that the 'The Judas Goat' be staged - and for the "Free Press" who [self-censor] to report on this unbelievable scandal. RTE - so far have been too afraid to expose this corruption the so-called 'Free Press' follow suit. The Belfast Docks corruption happened when the champion of the underdogs - i.e. - the trade union that fought to free Ireland as 'The Citizens Army' in 1916 - became corrupted in Belfast. Albeit 60 years later.

The fact that the Union joined forces with the employers to persecute its own members is beyond doubt. It was the Judas Goat of a Union chairman, who ordered the Dockers to discharge Asbestos without protection to save the employers money. The Union and Employers Court proves that he had changed sides - and the reason why all and sundry in the Irish Employers and every Trade Union in Ireland covers up. Is it any wonder Union Officials are using their friends in Government and the Arts to censor my play .

See also - in the books, the play and the web a letter to Jack O'Connor from his own Belfast solicitor, one John O'Neill of Thompson McClures, Belfast, stating that his Union 'did' sack its own members at Belfast Docks. He also tries to exonerate the Union, by totally ignoring the fact - that a Trade Union cannot Lawfully sack and persecute its own members. Letters from ICTU and the Union in the 1970's - prove they knew what was going on - but chose to ignore it. Why, who bought them off and how much were they paid? Was it the same people who bought off solicitor Norman Shannon? He sat on my case for seven years until it became Statute Barred - and lied to me that the other side wouldn't enter a defence. I now know that this is nonsense and if it happens then the case is won - and compensation is paid to the wronged person.

The Official cover up of corruption beggars' belief. Neither O'Connor nor Norman Shannon, will sue me for calling them Corrupt and putting their corruption on the web.
