Defactor Expands RWA Reach with Two Major Partnerships!?

This month, we announced two game-changing partnerships, expanding the impact of tokenized Real-World Assets in DeFi.

• First, we teamed up with RealtyX DAO , integrating Defactor’s POOLS tool to unlock liquidity for real estate investments. RealtyX users can now lend and borrow $USDC against $RST tokens, enabling them to access capital without selling their assets, bringing new financial flexibility to property-backed investments. • Next, we partnered with Lumia , deploying Defactor’s RWA Toolkit on their zkEVM-powered blockchain. This collaboration provides asset tokenization, lending pools, and liquidity access for projects building on Lumia, bridging TradFi and DeFi while ensuring seamless scaling for RWA innovators. We’re excited to share that our growth team, Anastasia and Elise, will be attending Consensus Hong Kong from February 17-21, 2025.?
