Weight Distribution Imbalance:

When fine-tuning a pre-trained model on a new dataset, the model's weights are updated to adapt to the new task. However, if the new dataset is significantly different from the original training data, or if it is relatively small, the weight updates can become imbalanced or skewed towards the new data.

This weight distribution imbalance can cause the model to overfit to the new dataset, meaning it learns the patterns in the training data too well, including the noise and outliers. As a result, the model may perform exceptionally well on the training data but fail to generalize to new, unseen data, leading to poor performance on the actual task.


Emergent Behavior

Agentic workflows refer to a collaborative approach where multiple specialized AI agents work together to accomplish complex tasks. Each agent is designed with specific capabilities and roles, allowing them to leverage their strengths and collectively achieve more than a single AI system could alone.

A potential use case where agents can be applied is Business Process Automation: Agentic workflows can streamline and optimize complex business processes by coordinating agents for data collection, analysis, decision-making, and task execution.
