Deep Work, Flow State, In the Zone: “the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of?energized focus,?full involvement, and?enjoyment in the process?of the activity.”
AKA the opposite of distracted, spread thin, frantically “doing”.
???When’s the last time YOU felt energized focus or enjoyment of the process…
If you:
You, my friend, are lost in the weeds. It’s unbelievably easy to find yourself in this place - overworked, overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, stuck in a Groundhog Day of doing-but-getting-nowhere.
This is what happens to Business Owners/Founders/CXOs who don’t get the help that they need, before they need it. You’ve been stepping over dollars to save dimes, and it’s starting to show. You literally can’t keep operating like this - you’re already on the road to burnout, and I see you eyeing your old corporate stability with something like longing. ??
We’ve been conditioned to think we can do anything by ourselves, and that “dependence” is a bad word. In reality, dependence enables us to delegate sh!t-we-don’t-need-to-be-doing, so we can focus on deep work and stay in flow.

And yes, absolutely,?you?can do anything, but not everything! At least, not for very long. I’m sure you’re figuring this out the hard way - I know I did. But let me tell you, the moment you get someone worth a damn on your team, you will feel like the heavens opened up and you grew a pair of wings, because it feels?so good?to be supported by people you can trust.
You?need?team. You?need?systems. You?need?a thought partner to bounce ideas off of, to empty your brain once in a while, to take care of business when you need to take a break. You need support in your day-to-day life, so you can prioritize the deep work that gets you results, clients, and joy.
We aren’t meant to go it alone, and there is nothing wrong with asking for help. In fact, once you have help in place, you’ll probably give yourself sh!t for not doing it sooner! We’re social animals who are meant to depend on each other, and that doesn’t just apply to your personal relationships. There are too many facets of your business that need constant attention and effort, and one person simply cannot handle that kind of pressure over time.
Luckily for you, we’re in the business of hauling drowning Founders out of the waters of their own creation, then reminding you that it’s a bathtub, and there’s the drain.
Have you considered our 360 business assessment? It’s a lifeline for Founders like you - we evaluate the current status of your organization while looking for gaps in efficiency, and report our findings on expenses, products/services, projects, team, systems, software, strategy, challenges, opportunities, goals and priorities. Then, naturally, we pitch you our ongoing support package, so we can help you implement change and project manage our findings over time.
