The past few weeks have been quite intense when it comes to my training regime.
And it takes a toll on other parts of our lives when we dedicate so much time and effort toward a singular Goal(s).
Single-minded Focus is by the way one of the hallmarks of High-Performance and Flow.
The other is Deep Recovery.
If we want to be on our A-Game, more of the time, we absolutely MUST dedicate highly intentional spaces of time for deep recovery.
The problem is that we aren't disciplined enough, and lack motivation while going for the next shiny object that promises an overnight Success (even though deep down we all know that it is not true yet we still fall for it).
And so most people aren't reaching their Performance potential for very simple reasons.

As you know, it is not rocket science folks... :)
Hacks, Cold Plunges, Super Foods, red light therapy, and other optimization tools are for the last 5%. Whereas
95% of your results come from doing these basic fundamentals and doing them with high Intention.
So next time you feel like you aren't Performing to the level of your potential, look into your Recovery and how effective it has been!?
