Deep Penetrating Roots

Luke 12:39-40 “But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him." 

Abba Father good morning – Our heart, our mind, our soul. Our very inner-core of life thrives on being loved with compassion. Accepted with generosity. Forgiven with freshness. Trusted with enthusiasm. Everyday life breathes intimacy of life. Deep within our heart, our mind, our soul feelings generate with emotions stimulating a way of life. This life lives in the inner-most-core of our life reflecting what we feel, what we think, what we believe, what we do. Life happens within moments of everyday life. It grows deep roots penetrating our inner-most-core of belief; roots twisting, tangling, interweaving throughout our entire life. Strength of these roots embedded deep within our heart, our mind, our soul determines. Who we are. What we become. How we live. Sprouting new life generated out of how we use our time, our energy, our resources. These sprouts will be family, friends, relationships, strangers, spontaneous encounters with all of life. Like a forest sprouting from a seedling, dandelions spreading from seeds, crabgrass with deep penetrating roots. It all started by taking root. Their strength determined by the soil. Remember. The roots of our life impact moments of life’s brokenness within generations to come. The soil we willingly embrace will reflect the beauty radiating from deep within our heart, our mind, our soul. This soil willingly chosen reflects a way of life. Determining how deep roots grow. Strength they achieve. Fragrance they provide. One seed can sprout into a massive forest of might oaks or wither away in a drought. Difference being the soil sprouting, feeding, nurturing. What soil of life are we planting our seeds of intimacy within? What seedlings are sprouting? What fragrance are we leaving behind? How are we enduring life’s droughts of brokenness? What are moments of our life becoming? The soil chosen determines binding strength of roots. The living bible teaches about two drastically different soils of life. The ways of this world and ways of our living God. Seeds planted in the ways of this world will be like roots taking hold on paths of everyday hardships within struggles of droughts, rocks of trials, weeds of temptations. Being uprooted within uncertainties of life’s brokenness. Not having binding strength of endurance to sustain battering storms of life. Falling prey to the ways of this world influenced by satan’s delusional ungodly untruthfulness. Seeds planted in the soil of our living God will be nurtured, cared, attended, maintained. Soil will be the living bible allowing sprouting with deep penetrating roots. Nourishment will be our prayer allowing roots to hold with amazing strength. Care will be our fellowshipping with others being attended to within church. Maintenance, sustaining, growing will be our friendship of intimacy within our living God, our Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit. Beauty, fragrance, aroma of life will be our living faith believing, accepting, trusting, following this living Trinity. Seedlings will be family, friends, relationships, strangers, spontaneous encounters with all of life. Roots embed for generations to come will reflect the binding strength holding in hardships of life within everyday struggles, trials, temptations, uncertainties of living among the ways of this world. Seeds sprouting everlasting hope, comforting unconditional love, releasing compassionate forgiveness, anointed eternal life in heaven. Remember. We have a choice, a decision, a way of life to choose. We can live in the storms of the ways of this world being uprooted, tossed around, withered away. Or live within everlasting promises to never leave us, never forsake us, never abandon us within God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirt. Having massive roots of intimacy penetrating deep within our heart, our mind, our soul. Roots strengthened, nurtured, anointed, sustained, protected within every promise in the living bible. Are you living prepared? What sprouts are intentionally sprouting? What roots are you embedding for generations to come? What fragrance of life drifts among everlasting life from deep within our heart, our mind, our soul? Our very inner-core of life. Reflect if you must with urgency. This life counts. 

Father - Thank you for sprouting everlasting hope into the roots of my life. Loving me unconditionally. Forgiving me compassionately. Sustaining me with eternal life in heaven. Open my heart, my mind, my soul to have deep massive penetrating roots holding within the storms of life’s brokenness. Roots forever blessed with amazing everlasting binding strength. Nurtured, anointed, sustained, protected forever as I willingly engage and breathe in the intimate soil of everlasting life in heaven within you Abba Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit.
