Deep endometriosis of the right parameter with sacral roots involvement

24 year nullipara

Antecedent: Surgery for deep endometriosis with rectal shaving 2 years previously. However, the resection was not complete on the right parameter and vagina, as the patients has had postoperative sciatic and buttock pain, dysphasia and dyspareunia.

Clinical and MRI examination 2 cm- large infiltration of the left and posterior vaginal culs de sac, and deep endometriosis of the right parameter going down to right sacral roots.

The 9 min-long movie presents the main steps of the surgery we recently performed in Rouen: challenging right ureterolysis and rectal shaving (due to surgical antecedents), dissection of 2 sacral roots and complete removal of deep nodule.
