Deep Dive in to My Thoughts and Experiences
I have been thinking to start sharing my own experiences and thoughts on Technology , Innovation and Leadership, which are the core facets of my career profile.
Kindly note that these are not specific to any individual or organization. Rather than commonly sharing a forwarded post/article, I just wanted to personalize this medium by sharing my own thoughts and experiences, in order to perceive different perspectives, thoughtful insights and feedback from my connections. That Simple!! Here I go!!
I will start with a Question and thoughts around #Leadership traits, which plays significant role in any team or organization's success.
How can a Team own a #Leader who just assume to be a Leader, but actually an authoritarian who simply orders and shows powers but wouldn't lead the Team towards established goals, and wouldn't stand as an example for what boss want the Team to be??!!.
So, naturally Team will just pretend to be loyalists and just fulfills orders interim. Team may continue to oblige such momentarily but it takes no time to plunge back real hard. Especially in this Agile world, I don't think there is still a room for age old hit & get practices.
While there are significant number of individuals who still believe that execution of authority(in the lines of above) is the only way to get results, I am of a kind who believed, lived and witnessed that its #Support #Inclusion #Mentoring #Motivation #Integrity #Trust #Empathy as some of several key attributes to build a highly motivated and high performing team, regardless of the sector or domain.
