?? Deep Dive: A Look Back at Family Day | Cooperating with Start-ups for Innovation ??

For the first time in Berlin, our Family Day was a complete success with around 1,300 participants who were able to network at thousands of 1-on-1 meetings. Three stages offered inspiring keynotes, keynote speeches, pitches, panels and master classes. We can't wait to welcome you back to STATION Berlin next year on May 20 and 21, 2025!

In our series "This is how we did it", we talk to founders who have made their first experiences as entrepreneurs in challenging times. Christina Walch, founder of Soluterials, a company that develops an innovative high-performance aluminum material, shares her learnings in the second episode. She emphasizes that things often go differently than planned, which is why it is important to remain flexible - according to the motto "innovations through out-of-the-box thinking", which can also be applied to her material.

We sat down with Fabian Dudek, Founder and CEO of GlassDollar, to learn how established companies can systematically leverage start-up innovations. In our interview he provides an insight into various innovation methods and highlights best practices for successful partnerships.

Exciting news from our portfolio: plancraft , which helps craft businesses to digitize their work processes, receives €12 million in a Series A financing round. The engineering-intelligence platform Neural Concept secures USD 27 million in a Series B financing round. StoryBox , which offers AI-supported video creation solutions for companies, receives €5.5 m in a Series A round. Tacalyx GmbH expands seed funding to over €14 m to further develop its anti-TACA cancer therapies. EdTech DeepSkill GmbH secures €1.5 m in funding and Synthara AG closes US$11 m financing to bring in-memory computing to the mass market.

We welcome our new portfolio companies to the HTGF Family: Carelane receives € 800,000 in pre-seed funding for its clinical research software. JUPUS secures €1.3m for its lawyer AI. SmartLoC - Smart Letter of Credit offers a B2B payment solution for international trade and closes its seed financing round with €1.8 m and Seqana receives €2.1 m in seed financing to enable scalable carbon farming from space.?
