Deconditioning the "event" mindset
Last month, over 600 people from around the world gathered at the Coralus Confluence event —?and connected IN with our community to share experiences and stories of transformation.
We heard from many folks, both during the event and after it ended, that their experience at the Confluence allowed them to engage in conversations and connect with others who are co-creating with purpose. Which made us wonder: Does Confluence ever end?
What if we could decondition this “event” mindset, so that we could see what’s around us all the time?
Our conditioning pushes toxic individualism that makes us think we have to do everything alone.?But we have organized ourselves differently at Coralus to remember that each of us has a part of the puzzle.?When we share our gifts, adding to each other's work, it becomes easier and more impactful.
We have the ingredients for a shared network, an influencer community, mastermind groups waiting to be activated, advisors on demand, all the things are here, AND it takes self-organizing and receiving to make it all flow.
If you need help finding your way please ask.

If you are doing great and want to share what's working for you, please do so, so that others can follow.
Every day we celebrate our diversity of “all ages and stages”, acknowledging that we are our best when we share our collective wisdom, and celebrate the bravery of people who step into their power.
If you’ve ever wanted to start a conversation or gather a group around something that excites you, reach out to folks in the Coralus community and invite them IN to join you.
You don’t need permission from us to organize in whatever way moves you.
Everywhere we look in the community there are examples of people self-organizing and sharing their knowledge, resources, and gifts.
We invite you to step in and try it for yourself. Let us know how it goes —?we can’t wait to hear about your experience.
