The Decline of Trust

The Decline of Trust

A couple of weeks ago I recorded a few videos that relate to my new book Real Communication - How to be you and lead true. In this video I talk about how we are experiencing an overall decline in trust. More specifically I point out the negative consequences to business when we lose trust. I also get a bit fired up about the recent royal commissions in Australia.

Building trust through real communication

One of the ways companies and individuals can build trust is to focus on authentic communication. This requires using real words and avoiding corporate jargon and acronyms that can confuse and disengage people. I explore these aspects further in the book so purchase a copy if you want to find out more about using real communication to build trust.

Real Communication Book Launch

Last week I also had the official launch of the book. It was an amazing night with clients, friends and family alongside spectacular views of the Melbourne skyline. Trust me, I am a lot happier in this video.
