On Deck Tel Aviv

[TL;DR: Looking for female entrepreneurs and operators looking to start/join their next venture.]

A few months ago, Raphael Ouzan and I started On Deck Tel Aviv, a special community of particularly talented entrepreneurs and operators (sometime secretly) looking to start or join their next venture. The concept was started by Erik Torenberg in San Francisco.

Among many hundreds of applications, we've curated small, intimate and off the record gatherings to help each other during this unique transition time. So far, we've been blessed to witness the formation of many new professional, friendly relationships and productive interactions among attendees, including a first team which now partnered to build an exciting company and now raising their seed round as we speak!

From the get go, we tried to reach gender equality in our gatherings. So far, we fell short. It probably has to do with our approach (we're constantly iterating the format) and our reach (that's why we need you!). We want to fix this.
