Deck the Hall with Boughs of Holly: A TVE Christmas Update

As we near engagement season, the TVE office has been abuzz with exciting events this week.?

From recognising our Employee of the Year and participating in Secret Santa, to the highly-anticipated Gingerbread House competition between the sales and marketing team, there's never a dull moment!?

And we're still basking in the afterglow of the enchanted ball we held last week, raising funds for our partnered charity, Living Without Abuse. It's truly a joy to be part of such a dynamic and compassionate team.

Employee of the Year

One of our employees has truly stood out for her dedication and enthusiasm since joining TVE six months ago. Not only does she bring positivity and energy to every room she enters, she also consistently goes above and beyond to help her colleagues. She has been an invaluable asset to our team, contributing greatly to our success in achieving our targets. It is with great pleasure that I announce her as our Employee of the Year!

Gingerbread House Competition and Secret Santa

Tuesday's lunchtime was filled with joy and gratitude as we went around the table sharing what we were thankful for. It was a heartwarming moment that left us all feeling uplifted and excited for the rest of the day.?

The TVE team loves a good competition, so we decided to spice things up with a gingerbread house showdown between the sales and marketing team. We asked our followers on Instagram to vote for their favourite creation, and it was a close race! Congratulations to the marketing team for coming out on top, but the sales team is already gearing up for a triumphant return next year!"

After the gingerbread house competition, we moved on to the highly-anticipated Secret Santa gift exchange. I was thrilled to find that my Secret Santa had perfectly nailed my wish list with a selection of coffee and chocolate. It shows how well my team knows me!

Enchanted Evening Charity Ball at Prestwold Hall

We're still riding the high from our charity ball at Prestwold Hall last Thursday. The evening kicked off with a beautiful reception featuring a glass of Santa Spritz, a horse at the entrance, and the talented George Simpson on the piano.

As the night continued, Toastmaster Geoff introduced the dinner service, and I gave a speech about TVE and the purpose of the ball.

The Prestwold catering team served a delicious three-course meal, followed by a lively game of heads and tails for a bottle of Prestwold Gin.

After dinner, Erica Mulkern mesmerised us with a ballet performance, and we danced the night away to our favourite throwback Christmas tunes. It was a truly magical evening, and we're so grateful to everyone who supported our partnered charity, Living Without Abuse.

I couldn't have asked for a better evening with my lovely TVE team.?
