#Decisions
Are you an engineer... a manager... analyst...or simply put, a person of logic. It is quite rational to assume that you make rational decisions...moves that will lead to the outcomes you seek. You may believe that you do this all the time...and that others do it too. But if you really take a stab at analyzing it ...this assumption may be far from being true. Choices we make can be subconscious reflexes that have become our innate personality.
Decisions we make may have a human glitch...I even see superstitions taking over and long established habit pervading our ways of working. We prioritize the urgent and most of the decisions we make don't even feel like decisions...they could be habits combined with a deep desire to go along and confirm with the people we identify with...our comfort zone or an inner circle.
Every time you assume that others will be swayed by your perfect argument, you've most likely made an error of judgement. Many times...your actions may dwarf the words you use to make your argument.
