In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We're constantly bombarded with information and choices, and it can be difficult to keep up. As a result, it's no wonder that many people feel stressed and overwhelmed.
But there is a way to break free from the cycle of stress and uncertainty. It's all about creating what I call "decision windows."
A decision window is a designated time for you to reflect on your career, personal life, and overall goals. It's a chance to take a step back and assess where you are and where you want to go.
To create a decision window, simply set aside some time each month (or quarter) to reflect on your life. During this time, ask yourself the following questions:
Once you have a good understanding of your current situation and desired outcomes, you can start to make a plan. This may involve setting new goals, making changes to your routine, or taking steps towards a new career or lifestyle.
The important thing is to be honest with yourself and to make choices that are aligned with your values and goals.
Remember, you are the only one who controls your life. So, make sure you're living it the way you want to.
