Decision-Making Frameworks

Decision-Making Frameworks

Truly effective decision-making relies on a balance between deliberate and instinctive thinking.

Hello fellow goal getters,

Now that we have passed our “start of summer” long weekends, it’s time to think about what we want as we hit mid-year with our goals.? Are things going the way you had hoped?? There’s no better time than now to plan your mid-year review.

Join me and the Lunch And… crowd if you need a little nudge.? Amanda Crowell, Kristina Paider and I are once again joining forces for a power hour of advice, tips and tricks to get you moving once again.

You can register here.

We’d love to see you there!? We are covering:

  • Your 2024 goals and strategies
  • The 3 W’s:?how to know if it’s working, worth it or time to walk away
  • The things no one formally teaches you that you need to know in the 2024 environment
  • How to break through the Achievability gap so that your biggest dream can be a legit reality

We don’t record these sessions, so make sure you set time aside on June 5 at noon Eastern.? We’d love to see you there!

This month on the blog, there is a third and final (for now at least) instalment on decision-making.? This month the focus is on frameworks for decision-making. Whether you consult an expert, use a ranking system or prepare a business case, all these techniques help to facilitate better decisions.

Of course, all this is made better by having a great post-mortem system as well. Evaluating what went well and what would have been better if something had been different are important to close off and review how things went.? Reach out if you need help with this, I’m happy to share my process.

Keep following along here on LinkedIn and if you feel led, join my email list here.

I hope that you’ll consider planning for your mid-year review.??

Here’s to dreaming big.

Julie
