Decision making

How to decide What is best for the organization? Tricky question isn't it?
If the options are in platter it can confuse few people and if the options are in only one then it can create monopoly in the market and it also can make people succumb to the pressure of as there are no options!
Now the question arises What is the best option as the leader?
As I always say if you are surrounded by people with 'Yes Man' then it could be a very difficult to grow. You need to hear 'NO' and accept rejections as a leader.
Your idea could be a great one according to You however you need to analyze according to the market scenario and move ahead with the plan.
Suppose you are a car manufacturer. And you have different model of cars for different kind of roads in the world. You need to understand the demographic of the roads and build your car according to the roads of that particular demography. These days there are lot of hullabaloos about electric vehicles however you need to understand in water logged streets those electric vehicles can malfunction and as Mr. M.S. Dhoni said 'If the electric is produced by thermal power plant then it's quite pointless to say it's environment friendly'.

Now the question arises What could be the solution to this?
According to me the solution is petrol pumps having electric charging points and electric produced by solar power plant. And the floors of vehicles can be a bit higher with the staircases opening to make it easy for people of all ages to climb in!
Does that mean We will obsolete the previous cars that are used be it petrol, diesel, cng etc. That's not how things work! You need to give people the options so that they can choose from all the options and think What is better for them or else there would be bloodbath in the market and people will not accept the Change as well as the cost will go higher and will also create insecurity among the people who are the potential customer!
'Forcing people to Change doesn't help people! It creates disharmony among them and for the nation and also the world.'
'Decision making is all about how you are clear in your thought process and Where you want reach without harming your competitors'.
