DECISION FATIGUE

DECISION FATIGUE is one of the reasons why you might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and uncertain.
Have you ever caught yourself on procrastinating with making individual decisions:
- postponing a crucial and uncomfortable conversation
- debating for months: "should I end this relationship?" Or "Should I quit my job?"
- leaving until the last minute the decision if you should take this trip or not
- putting off to share your burning idea and dreams with your partner/family, about finally starting your own business?
- how about deciding on what brand you should use this time or what type and color of the dress you should wear at your best friend's wedding?
- "I should finally start going to the gym & take care of my health."
- should I buy this course or go to this conference…
Let's be honest, making decisions is a FULL-TIME JOB!
As a matter of fact, it's a 24/7 JOB.
Yes, even when you sleep, your unconscious mind is making decisions.
Now, here is the CHALLENGE:
Many people think that by not making a decision, they can ESCAPE.
And that's the PROBLEM!
Because not making a decision is also THE DECISION.
And when you ignore to make it, or you procrastinate for ages to make it,
Sooner or later THE UNIVERSE/ the external world/your boss/your partner/your health/economy….
WILL MAKE IT FOR YOU.
My question to you is:
WHY WAIT until things go bad, wrong, or it's too late?
WHY GIVING YOUR POWER AWAY to the external world?
Yes, it isn't very easy to make big decisions, but that starts from not being consistent and sharp when it comes to making small-daily decisions.
So whenever you avoid making a small decision, you are literally
GIVING YOUR POWER AWAY.
And what comes after that?
Your self-confidence and self-belief are decreasing, which is creating stress, anxiety, unhappiness, confusion, overwhelm, and more negative vibes in your life.
What if, this year, you commit to yourself and practice making decisions with confidence, 100% responsibility and curiosity :-)
Remember, stay PRESENT & GRATEFUL
