A human have a perception for self and others and some time he/she think dynamically in the global perspectives and in low energy moments thoughts influenced by emotions.

A person have some pace and other person have different pace of life and visualizing things, thoughts, expressions for others and self too.

If you see or think, about the abstract that you had never considered or thought in life, there are tremendous opportunities out of this vicious circle that you never thought.

Actually victory is beyond your fear or unseen.

Managers sometimes don’t think about the decisions they have taken in the daily life. The application of the above thought is that

  1. You might have better talent when you change the commonly followed strategies. A strategy to source talent may be a good as mostly does the same. Apply your experience and confidence; you may have some better options that give opportunities to the most reliable talent. Add stakeholders to the process that support your strategies and react positively to the opportunities of business with the stakeholders.
  2. You will feel better if you consider to hire a young talent with matured expectation V/s Mid Aged talent with matured experience. A mid aged talent presumed to be (a thought that usually only remains in thoughts only) the risky due to their potential knowledge and resistance for the incorrect decision. If we are committed for a good leadership, comprehensive to understand the human relations and matured enough to deal and counsel at work, it is a best decision to offer an opportunity to this class.
  3. More focused work even in the highest peak of work load. It is the testing phase of human being, how they react in the over burdened situation. If you match the situation where you work calmfully, surely you are going to take a good decision in this situation also.
  4. A traditional thought of dealing with ongoing V/s Meeting new people with new ideas. We should ensure the position where we are sitting and the maturity level required at such position. If the level of maturity and knowledge level at par with the global standards, your chances of making decisions will good and satisfying and establishing the organization at good level. One should always upgrade skills through education and experience by working at diverse places.
  5. A self knowledge upgradation to place oneself at more matured global thinking. Consider a situation, where a manager has an opportunity as a subordinate. Such experiences may give you ample experience of how the managers are working, issuing instructions and the flaws in the working. Always take a change to meet the subordinate, know his/her though of working. A treasure of thoughts of improvement you will found that can change the direction of management working. We should make the working more practical; efficient that not only offers better opportunities to learn while work but gives ample space to the peers for process development and decision making. A logically set combination of experience, expertise, no of years required to reach such level, qualification to attain such position and pay make your offering smart and global.
  6. Explore potential of our knowledge. What happens when a person somehow related to you sent a mail and you don’t reply? I believe, there should be always a reply with “Yes” if the person having potential to the business and with “No” if we cannot pursue the thoughts/services he/she offering. It would be worthful if we give a chance to such persons, may be a candidate and/or may be a vendor by suggesting the improvements. This is a part where you create an indifferent image in the outer world.
  7. You would like to be a Battery V/s to be a Charger. A manager should prove to be a good leader and ability to build a team rather to handle the team. Doesn’t act like the owner of the business or the owner of his all professional and personal life? One should act like a good leader.
  8. Your limited tested decisions V/s Sometimes spirituality, timing, context more important in dealing with people. Innovative and dynamic ideas have worth and appreciated.
  9. Own assumptions V/s legitimate assumptions that create equality, trust, confidence and image in outer world. Take a best decision that really best at global acceptable standards.

This is very true that “Dar Ke Aage Jeet Hai” A hesitation of doing something new is a greatest barrier for the new outcome from you to this world.
