Hmmm... It seems we are all being duped by our supermarkets... They are using 'fake farm' names to make us think that the produce in produced in local farms when in fact, some foods are not even produced in the UK. Now... I don't mind that it is not produced here... it is the deception that is being used which stops me from finding out where an innocuous piece of flesh has been farmed and processed. We have the right to know where are food comes from and how it gets from farm to plate... If the supermarket is proud of the produce in the packaging, why can they not be transparent so that we can see where the food comes from?
