Cryptocurrency enthusiasts around the world have proven to be more than opinionated on all aspects of the blockchain technology. These polarizing opinions have caused a split into two camps: those in favor of centralization versus those in favor of decentralization.
At its’ core, cryptocurrency was designed to be decentralized, without any connection to a government or any single entity. But the recent cryptocurrency market downturn and regulatory headwinds have given the rise to a number of centralized cryptocurrencies.
