We’ve created a drag and drop Gantt chart that makes planning easier for a floor installation company, despite the fact that they run a number of different projects simultaneously across the UK with multiple teams of subcontractors. The scheduling tool enables them to visualise and plan all their projects in one place. It’s simple and intuitive to use and deliberately avoids introducing complex and unnecessary features. But it’s powerful enough to schedule things right down to the individual subcontractor. Result: they can take on more work in the confidence that they can cope with it.?
